Celandine against aphids

Grass is common in the middle lane. It can be seen everywhere: in yards, in forests, in vegetable gardens and near roads. Gardeners seek to destroy the plant, not knowing about its beneficial properties. Celandine from aphids, larvae of the May beetle, whiteflies and garden ants are used, and the soil is fertilized with dried grass. With its help, the following plants are processed:

Fresh celandine infusion

The juice of the plant contains toxic substances - bitterness and alkoloids. They are killing aphids and other insects that harm cultural plantings. Therefore, a decoction of celandine can be used to destroy pests.

On a note!

Healthy plants that are away from the roadway should be collected. It is better to use bushes with flowers. They contain more toxins that can destroy aphids.

To prepare the infusion, use all parts of the plant. In the course are:

  • stalks;
  • leaves;
  • flowers
  • the roots.

Weed should be finely chopped with a sharp knife or secateurs, and then pour warm water (take four kilograms of fresh celandine on a bucket of liquid). The drug is sent to settle in a dark and warm place for at least three hours. During this time, the poison will acquire a dark brown color.

On a note!

Infusion of celandine can be prepared in the evening, and in the morning it is filtered and processed from aphids all seedlings and trees.

Foliage should be sprayed from a spray bottle, paying particular attention to its inside.

The use of dried celandine

In May-June, the grass begins to bloom. At this point, experienced gardeners collect it and dry it in a dark place: in the gazebo or in the attic. Dried grass is used to prepare infusion from aphids and fertilize the soil before planting bulbous plants.

The infusion of a dried plant is prepared as follows:

  • a kilogram of celandine is poured with warm water;
  • the drug is sent to a dark place for a day for insisting;
  • the liquid is filtered and poured into a spray bottle.

This infusion of celandine against aphids is sprayed with all infected plants.

Mulch

Celandine is used as a prophylaxis against aphids and weeds. With it, they make mulching.

Interesting!

Mulching is the coating of the soil with materials that regulate air and water conditions. Mulch protects plantings from weeds, pests and diseases.

The dug weed is finely chopped and sprinkled with soil around cultivated plants and trees. This keeps the leaves from getting through. black ants and plant aphids on them.

Feedback

Every year I use the infusion of celandine against aphids to spray my plants. It copes well with pests. I process with great care every leaf in the garden. If I see that there are a lot of insects on it, then I cut it off. Manages to cope without harmful chemistry.

It is better to carry out the procedure in the spring, when the street has set a positive temperature.Spraying can be repeated once a week. For a better effect, add a little to the broth laundry soap.

Precautionary measures

The plant is medicinal, but still it can cause poisoning or allergies. When working on the site, wear loose clothing, rubber gloves and a respirator, and protect your eyes with a mask. Fight against aphids should take place in dry and calm weather. Definitely necessary destroy the anthillif it was discovered in the garden or in the vegetable garden.

Positive reviews about celandine prove that the tool is effective and affordable. The infusion of this weed fights against aphids and prevents its appearance on plants, bushes and trees.

If the celandine did not help, you can use in-store toolsthat are commercially available. Many of them have proven themselves well, the main thing is to use them correctly.
